![DIARY OF A NEW DAD:
So I was thinking about a story from Matthew chapter 18, where Jesus’ disciples asked Him who would be the greatest in heaven? Jesus called a little child over to Him, and here is His response,
“Then he said, “I tell you the truth, unless you turn from your sins and become like little children, you will never get into the Kingdom of Heaven. [4] So anyone who becomes as humble as this little child is the greatest in the Kingdom of Heaven.”
As I look at my beautiful son and see how much he loves me and needs me, and looks to his mother and I for his every need, I can see how lacking I am in my conscious need of my heavenly Father. I want to NEED Jesus like Ezra needs me. I want to LOVE Jesus like Ezra loves me. I am praying that God will help me humble myself and realize that apart from Him I can do nothing.
